SocAils Terms of Service

Effective October 9, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Naylor Holdings LLC, Maumelle, Arkansas, USA ("SocAils", "we"), and cover your use of SocAils, a service for drafting, scheduling and publishing posts to social-media accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
• Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
• One person per account. Agencies managing several clients should use one SocAils account per client or ask us about a team plan.

Your content

You own what you upload. You give SocAils only the permission it needs to store, process (for example re-encode, trim a cover frame, or add a watermark) and publish your content where you tell it to. You are responsible for having the rights to what you post, for the products you link, and for following each platform's rules.

Acceptable use

• No spam, unlawful content, or content that breaks a platform's community guidelines.
• No posting to accounts you do not control.
• No attempts to disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
• No reselling access to SocAils.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Platforms

Posts are delivered through each platform's official API. A platform may reject, delay or remove a post, change its rules, or revoke SocAils' access, and SocAils cannot control that. Each platform's own terms apply to what you publish there, including the YouTube Terms of Service for anything sent to YouTube.

Plans, billing and refunds

• Free includes 3 connected accounts, 15 AI caption sets a month, 20 scheduled posts, 10 stored videos, and uploads up to 250 MB.
• Pro is $19 per month or $149 per year and includes 25 connected accounts, 300 AI caption sets a month, 500 scheduled posts, 200 stored videos, and uploads up to 1 GB. Current limits are always shown on your Account page and may change with notice.
• Pro renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time from the Account page (web) or from your App Store / Google Play subscriptions (mobile). You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds, web purchases: email support@socails.com within 14 days of your first Pro charge and we will refund it in full. Renewal charges are not refunded.
• Refunds, app-store purchases: handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies; we cannot issue those ourselves.
• If a payment fails you keep Pro for 3 days while the card is retried, then the account drops to Free limits until payment succeeds.
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax your country adds.

AI-written captions

Caption drafts are written by an AI model and can be wrong, awkward, or miss something in your video. Read every draft before it posts. You are responsible for what you publish.

No warranty, limit of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, SocAils is not liable for missed, late, duplicated or failed posts, lost content, lost revenue, or actions taken by a third-party platform. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid SocAils in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings; that cancels any web subscription. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we may shut the service down with 30 days' notice, in which case unused prepaid time is refunded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas, and you agree to that venue.

Changes

We will post any changes to these terms on this page with the date they take effect and email you about material changes. Using SocAils after that date means you accept them.
