SocAils Terms of Service

1. What SocAils Does

SocAils helps content creators prepare, review, schedule, and publish their own videos to social media accounts they own and connect (for example TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and others). AI assists by drafting captions, which you may edit. Every publish action requires your review and approval — SocAils does not post content you have not approved, and only posts to the accounts you have connected.

2. Your Accounts & Content

You are responsible for the accounts you connect and the content you publish through SocAils. You represent that you own or have the rights to the content you upload and the accounts you connect, and that your use complies with the terms and policies of each social platform (including TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines).

3. Connected Platforms

SocAils connects to third-party social platforms through their official APIs and OAuth. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. You may disconnect any account at any time, which revokes SocAils' access to it. SocAils accesses connected accounts only to publish your content at your direction.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SocAils to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, or that violates the policies of any connected platform. We may suspend access that violates these Terms or that puts our platform integrations at risk.

5. Availability

SocAils is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We are not liable for content you publish or for actions taken by the social platforms you connect.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naylor Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SocAils.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
