This Privacy Policy explains how SocAils, operated by Naylor Holdings LLC, handles information. SocAils is an AI-assisted social publishing platform for content creators to schedule and publish videos to their own connected social media accounts.

1. Information We Collect

To provide the service, SocAils stores:

• Account & contact information you provide when joining or requesting access (such as email address).
• Social account connections. When you connect a social media account (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram), the platform stores OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by that platform, used only to publish content to accounts you connected, at your direction.
• Content you create in SocAils — the videos, captions, and scheduling data you add so the platform can prepare and publish your posts.
• Basic usage data needed to operate and improve the service (for example, whether a scheduled post succeeded).

2. How We Use Information

The platform uses your information solely to operate the service you requested: drafting captions with AI for your review, scheduling your posts, and publishing your content to connected accounts. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your connected-account access for any purpose other than publishing your own content on your behalf.

3. TikTok Content

When you connect a TikTok account, SocAils uses TikTok's Content Posting API only to upload or publish videos you choose to your own connected TikTok account. Before publishing, SocAils displays your posting identity, audience options TikTok returns, and interaction and disclosure settings you select. SocAils does not access any TikTok account you have not connected, and does not read or collect other users' TikTok data.

4. Sharing

The platform shares information only with social platforms you connect (to publish your content) and with infrastructure providers hosting the service under confidentiality obligations. Information may be disclosed if required by law.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You can disconnect any social account at any time, which revokes SocAils' access and removes its stored tokens for that account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing info@socails.com.

6. Security

Access tokens and account data are stored using industry-standard protections and are used only to carry out the actions you request.

7. Changes

The platform may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
