Last updated: July 24, 2026

SocAils, operated by Naylor Holdings LLC, is an AI-assisted social publishing platform that creators use to schedule and publish content to their own connected social media accounts. You are always in control of the data SocAils stores, and you can delete it at any time using any of the methods below.

1. Disconnect a Social Account (removes its tokens)

Disconnecting a connected social account (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram) immediately revokes SocAils' access to that account and deletes the stored OAuth access and refresh tokens for it:

  1. Open SocAils and go to Accounts.
  2. Find the connected account you want to remove.
  3. Choose Disconnect. The platform's stored tokens for that account are deleted.

2. Remove SocAils from Facebook or Instagram

You can also revoke SocAils' access directly from Meta's side:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (or, for Instagram, Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites).
  2. Find SocAils in the list.
  3. Choose Remove. This revokes SocAils' access to your account.

When SocAils receives a data-deletion request from Meta after you remove the app, the associated tokens and account-connection data are deleted from our systems.

3. Delete Your Entire SocAils Account and Data

To permanently delete your SocAils account and all associated data — account information, connected-account tokens, uploaded content, captions, and scheduling history — email us at info@socails.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account.

4. What Gets Deleted

Note: content already published to your social media accounts lives on those platforms and is not affected — you manage published posts on each platform directly.
